Questions guests ask before booking
Can’t find your answer? Ask us directly. We reply in four languages.
Do you come to hotel rooms?
Yes. We visit hotels, serviced residences, Airbnbs and homes anywhere in Seoul. Just give us your room number and the guest name.
How far ahead should I book?
Same-day is fine; we arrive in about 40 minutes on average. To request a specific therapist, book 2–3 hours ahead.
How can I pay?
Credit card, cash, bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay and PayPal. You pay after the treatment.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. We bring sheets, towels, oils and a folding table if needed. Just shower and wear something comfortable.
Can I choose a male or female therapist?
Yes. Tell us your preference when booking and we will assign accordingly.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Free of charge until your therapist sets off. After that, a ₩30,000 travel fee applies.
Is there anything you don't offer?
We provide professional therapy only. Any inappropriate request ends the session immediately, without refund.
